Happy Thursday ! I haven’t been to this location in so long . I forgot how much better their services are compared to most locations ;)

Hi, my boyfriend ordered an iced Dubai chocolate mocha for me, but he received a matcha drink instead. This is not a small mistake--they are completely different drinks. What's more frustrating is that the cup had the correct sticker for the mocha, but the drink inside was matcha. This is very disappointing and ruined my experience.

They workers were really rude I understand its drive thru but they really dont care about training their workers. The cherry ontop was they forgot to even top off my drink and still handed it like this.

I had a great experience at Starbucks. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax or get some work done. My latte was rich and perfectly balanced, and the barista was friendly and attentive. The service was a bit slow during peak hours, but the quality of the drinks and the comfortable seating made up for it. Overall, a consistently enjoyable place to visit.

They really need to change the policy to where they at least give you your drinks at the door if they close the lobby earlier and you have a pickup order. Whats this about having to wait in this really long line when you placed a pick up order. The point of placing a pickup order is the convenience of going and just getting your drink without having to wait in a line like these. Not to mention the drink was ready 10 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. It says you can pick it up at the counter and literally says in store pickup. I waited for a good few minutes outside the store but my order was taking way too long so I decided to call and they told us that you have to go through the drive thru, such an inconvenience.
